I got the contact of Packing Service and sent them a packaging request including photos and labeled dimensions of the furniture items to pack. Three of the items needed crates as I stated, being two marble tops and a clay sculpture. I got a business reply telling me they couldn't do the crates. A few days later I got a quote and, in my stress because of the move, I committed myself, paying the nonrefundable deposit, only to realize that the services wouldn't include the crates I wanted. It was a mistake of mine and I called the manager, named Tony, whom I learnt to be also the owner, as he told me and, when I told him I wanted to cancel the job, accepting my loss of the down payment, he said he was disappointed to see me go and the issue was not the money and that I would have the crates I needed at a reduced price, as he was not comfortable with an unhappy costumer. From that moment onwards it was smooth sailing, as Tony made sure everything was well with me. He offered me advice on how to organize my move and was keen to see me satisfied. The packaging was done, the crates were so beautiful and well executed, and two weeks later the same team came back to load my items into the container. I am an extremely happy customer, and I am glad I picked up the phone to call the company, as my requests were fully met and, if I had to move again, I know whose door to knock on or which company to recommend.

Before you read this account of my move you must understand the role Tony played in this. By the STAR's above you already have deduced that I was more than pleased with Tony's attention to the very most miniscule details. My request was complicated but Tony made it easy. Don't get me wrong he is a tough guy, sometimes you have to be forceful and interrupt to get a word in edgewise. If your feelings are easily hurt, forget about them, because he is looking out for you. Think of a conductor at a concert, he basically runs the orchestra and never lets go. Your job is to respond to his many requests and follow through on every one of them. So, based on my experience he is your man. The company Packing Service, well that's Tony and he does the name and the company justice. Tony comes on hard at times but he is a Prince with a capital P. Don't look any further, Packing Service, Inc. keeps it's word. Everything in the open, nothing hidden. When they give you a quote it's firm, fair and honest. Tony doesn't lie.

Tony's team are true pros. Look at all these boxes. 19 of them, different shapes and sizes. We knew they would fit on a pallet because we staged the boxes when they were empty. But we had no idea how professionally palletized our assortment would become. Packing Service, Inc. were on time to pick up the boxes, then they palletized the daylights out of them (see how they went the extra mile with the outer covering for security) and shipped them to our destination. Throughout the process, Tony was available to quickly answer questions, including after the shipment was complete, which is unusually professional. Plus, they stand behind their price quotes and there are no weird markups or unpleasant surprises after the quote. It ain't cheap by any stretch, but the project turned out to be worth it. Highly recommended.
